The main entrance to the Dugout Club is strictly for ticketholders only and is flanked by more security guards than the White House. And you must pass the players’ dugouts upon entering, enabling the lucky few a chance to score autographs from their favorite players of both teams.
The main club and restaurant area recently went through a complete facelift and plays host to director Rob Reiner and Alyssa Milano -- both season ticket holders as well as Warren Beatty and Annette Bening, Henry Winkler, Anthony Edwards.
The slick Martini Lounge is reminiscent of the Standard Hotel on the Sunset Strip, where one can enjoy the game while sipping a signature Dodger Blue martini, watch the game on one of the flat screen TVs and listen to the likes of Coldplay, U2 and R.E.M. The seats are rich brown leather, playing host to the butts of Vince Vaughn, Owen Wilson, Jonathan Silverman (reportedly the best tipper in the house), John Goodman, Jessica Alba, Kid Rock, David Spade, Hugh Hefner and bunnies, Denzel Washington, Anthony Kiedis, Jason Bateman, Jerry O’Connell, just to name a few.
The vibe:
Much like Los Angeles, the atmosphere is totally low-key, giving celebs a chance to leave the Jimmy Choos at home for a night. Diaz and Milano opt for jeans and baseball caps.
What they order:
Low-carb beer, Grey Goose vodka martinis, Patron margaritas
Try this at home:
The two signature cocktails in the Martini Lounge are the Dodger Blue (vodka, blue curacao, pineapple juice and cranberry juice) and the Brooklyn Dodger (vodka, apple schnapps and apple juice).
