In this new twist on the celebrity PSA, Zach Galifianakis leads an ensemble raising awareness for AIDS research. It's nice to see these things not looking so cheesy and taking themselves so seriously anymore. This has got to be a more effective way of getting the message out than the public service announcements of the past. Featuring Marisa Tomei, Sarah Silverman, and the one-of-a-kind Tracy Morgan.

5. How Will Ferrell Touched Me

This 2011 clip is a Will Ferrell piece in name only, as he never appears on camera. The video does, however, feature an amazing cast including the great Larry David, Sarah Silverman, and Zach Galifianakis, who steals the show here.
