Before 1950, a man was rarely seen out and about without a hat on his head. The hat was as much a part of a man’s wardrobe as his shirt, belt, or pants. Since then, with ever-changing trends and styles, the wearing of hats has dramatically declined. Have they gone out of fashion completely?

Every man’s wardrobe should include at least one suit. Not just any suit, either. We’re talking a nice designer suit that makes you look good. If you browse through your closet and realize you don’t have a decent suit (or heaven forbid - you don’t have one at all), it’s time to go shopping. Everyone knows Armani is a leading designer for menswear, but what other choices do you have? What brand names are giving the Armani suit a run for its money?

It’s coming up on the New Year, and you’re stuck doing Christmas shopping. Why not treat yourself while you’re at it? A new wallet is appropriate for a new year - and you want one that will hold all your cash and credit cards without being too bulky.

Women world-wide agree; there’s nothing sexier than a man in a quality leather coat. Leather is versatile, sensual, and durable. It comes in many different colors, textures, and styles to match every individual’s tastes. If you’re doing your Christmas shopping, a leather coat is a great gift idea, either for yourself, or for a buddy.

Whether or not you want them to, your clothes have a lot to say about you. When meeting someone new, first impressions may be based solely on what you’re wearing. Your clothes have the potential to get (or cost) you jobs and affect future relationships. So what do your clothes say about you?

When I went to film school in the mid-sixties, there were three undisputed titans in cinema: Fellini, Bergman, and Antonioni.  Mind you, Lucas, Scorsese, and Coppola were still making their student films.  That's why it was so gratifying for me watching the Academy Awards telecast in 1995, when a lifetime achievement Oscar was presented to Michelangelo Antonioni, filmmaker extraordinaire.
